Jonathan Cohen

Experience:

Jonathan joined Taylor Fry in 2008 after completing his Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science at the Australian National University. Prior to joining Taylor Fry, Jonathan was involved in computer science and mathematics teaching and research at The University of Western Australia, Murdoch University, ANU and Macquarie University. Previous projects include the development of specialised computer algebra software, an implementation of the internet fax protocol and mathematical modelling of complex computational processes.

Since joining Taylor Fry, Jonathan has been involved with research and development activities, including:

  • Competitor rates modelling for a domestic home and contents portfolio;
  • Development of adaptive reserving software for automating the updating of reserving models from one valuation period to the next.
