Josh specialises in data analytics and predictive modelling across a variety of industries, including insurance and aviation, and customer loyalty programs.
He has built risk and demand models for general insurance pricing, and modelled customer engagement for the Qantas Frequent Flyer loyalty scheme. This included developing a model of customer lifetime value and estimating future points expiry. He has also built the financial model underpinning the business case for a Qantas fleet investment decision.
Josh manages the internal development of Taylor Fry’s predictive modelling software, and has helped develop and run training courses on predictive modelling and machine learning.
